- Belching can be due to acidity or GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) or any other gastrointestinal disorder
- follow some dietary precautions:
- chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, restrict fried, spicy & processed foods, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals
- have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion
- take an antacid 25-20 min after meals
