There is no pregnancy and neither ectopic pregnancy. The best way to go forward is to get an ultrasound done. That will indicate the endometrial thickness and also some blood tests to rule out any hormonal problem. Otherwise you can just wait for one more month and see if the next period flow is normal. Then you can decide what is to be done.
