the gingivitis mostly associated with, swelling gums, bad breath, redness, and plaque accumulation..

I advice you to do scaling.. then gingival inflammation, bad breath will reduce and also prevent further gingival receeding..

also use mouth washes..
use dental floss..

Advise investigation (opg x-ray) with clinical examination for the treatment to check for bone loss & pockets. Adv. Deep cleaning or surgical curettage, a gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks.

Hello Lybrate user, you have to go for scaling for complete treatment you can do warm saline rinses and brushing with soft bristle toothbrush twice a day and apply gum paint for a week.

Dear Lybrate user pls check if you have plaque or any abnormal deposits in your teeth. Because in that case scaling is required.
Stress, smoking, hormonal imbalance, improper oral hygiene, improper diet have negative impacts on gingival health

Hey there, you need to get scaling done as soon as conditions are normal. This will help you with bleeding gums and bad breadth. Visit your dentist regularly. Rx:

Gingivitis is a mild form of gum disease which occurs because of the inflammation of the gums. It can easily be reversed with daily brushing and flossing and getting dental cleaning done regularly.
