Dear user. Glossophobia or speech anxiety is the fear of public speaking or of speaking in general. This is part of general anxiety disorder. There should some other anxiety problems, you are facing. We need to find those and cure all of those anxieties together. Addressing them one by one will trigger other problems. Desensitization therapy is most used and cure can be seen within 6 months if followed correctly. Take care.

Dear user. Glossophobia or speech anxiety is the fear of public speaking or of speaking in general. Various treatment options are available to treat glossophobia. Certain drugs such as beta blockers may be used to help people relax before speaking in public. Complementary therapies such as hypnosis, meditation or psychotherapy can be quite beneficial in helping you to overcome glossophobia. I suggest online counseling and hypnotherapy. Take care.
