Hi if the luprodex was given long back and he is already 12 years and the family is not interested to take further injections, it is okay to not continue. You can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.

Include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels.Protein rich foods will help you gain muscle mass.Have 5 pieces of any dry fruit once a day daily.Have fruits and vegetables in good quantity.Do 30 minutes exercise daily.
