Caps are safe for the gums if you maintain it clean. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

duration is suspicious. You should get it checked out immediately by a oral surgeon or oral medicine specialist. You can also visit your nearest dental hospital. Generally gums are not the common site for white patches, however it is possible. A physical check is needed to differentiate if this is common or cancerous.

Hi apply kenacort ointment twice daily on affected area take tablet curamax one in morning and one in evening for five days cap becozinc once daily after dinner for five days and for further advise use my doctor code.

Get a consultation for gum disease c/as pyorrhoea. Else you can start warm saline rinses and brush twice daily with super sensitive toothbrush and get your gums checked asap.

You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.

Hello lybrate-user. You need to visit a dentist, preferably a gum specialist & have your situation checked. Th cost of your treatment depends on the severity of your problem. It may require a gum surgery or if the recession is too large it may require extraction followed by replacement. Don't delay else it may spread to neighbouring teeth too.
