looking at your problems and the treatment you are undergoing, it seems it is a bit of overkill.
The vertigo you have mentioned is not true vertigo. In fact it is possibly a side effect of the drugs you are taking. Correct exercises is the key to neck and shoulder pains. And an alteration to your medicines prescription is needed.
You are already undergoing treatment from another doctor (hopefully an orthopaedician ). I cannot advice on changing your prescription he...more
