Hello
your condition may lead to aspiration pneumonia which could become very complicated. To avoid this type of situation you need to take care of your lungs as well as eating habits like don't talk while eating, have little bites, do breathing exercises etc. surely you can consult a doctor or dietician for the same.

take steam twice a day and use kadha. Ginger+ tulsi+ ajwayan+ long+ black pepper+ lemon+ mulethi in your diet. Cook your food with sesame oil, use shitophaladi churn 3/4 tea spoon with 1 tea spoon honey. Hope this will help to get better. In case you want more guidance book the personal appointment.

Hi, our stomach has hydrochloric acid and any food we eat gets mixed with it in the acidic medium. Do not worry about it as there was half hour gap and water based drinks get digested soon.
