BERA. Test is done for very small kids. Above 3 years we can try conditioned audiometry or sound field audiometry. You can try at any reputed hospitals .there must be audiomwtry department in some hospital for sure.

A hole in ear drum- perforation of ear drum requires surgical repair . It improves hearing and usually stops ear discharge associated with this disease. Medicine only will not help in healing of perforation in cases of chronic otitis media.

Hello Madam,
From what you have mentioned, I feel you are suffering with Tinnitus. This is an intermittent or constant sound in the ear - it can be hissing, ringing, buzzing, air escaping sound etc. Though it is an inconvenience it is rarely serious. I would suggest you to see a good ENT surgeon. He may do other tests like hearing test etc and depending on the severity of your symptoms he may also suggest you treatment options.
