If it's an acute pain (4 weeks or less) you should get better with medicines and physio. If it's not resolving or increasing beyond this point, you may have to show the spine and pain specialist, do some tests like X-ray/ MRI and treat it early for complete cure.
Hope this helps.

Yes you can do yoga and exercise, but your body needs a short period of time to get normal after an abortion. And yes homeopathy can help you. I have seen many cases of infertility, pcod, pcos, hormonal imbalance, pms uterine disorders leucorrhoa, menstrual disorders and got success in 70% of cases. And one more thing I have seen many patients who started to have recurrent attacks of tonsillitis after partution got tremendous results in those cases too.

If you’re not ready for full pushups, start with your hands resting on a solid surface higher than your feet — like a very sturdy coffee table or the edge of a couch, cushions removed, that’s pressed up against a wall — and start on the toes.

At this tender age you have the brightest chances of improving it within economic limits provided you are honest towards yourself in following the instructions of food, daily routine and herbals for few months but those will be guided once you send reports. Hormonal tablet dependency will take your decades before saying that it can not be done. Ayurvedic herbs have the power. Pl consult with reports by sending me scanned copies.
