Please note that there are several causes of hiccups that needs to be done

mucaine gel 10 ml without water 10 ml three hourly.
or
lidocaine gel liquid without water four tsf can be repeated four hours, if available.

Pan d one in empty stomach means after brushing teeth.
Mucain gel liquid without water three times 10 ml.
Or
xylocain viscus four teaspoon but availability is a problem.

Please note that continuous hiccups can be a sign of abdominal disorder and or brain disease.
Hence proper investigation is required for his condition.
