Its Safe if it is done by some expert/doctor by using sterile instruments. It should not be done by Pehelwaan clinics open in the Muhallahs. Hijama is a sunna that carries rewards besides health benefits. It should not be done frequently if you are healthy.

I will suggest you to wash your hair daily with lux shampoo and apply hair oil daily and it's better to avoid cupping therapy which can burn your skin.
