1. Bridges—lie on the ground and bend the knees, placing the feet flat on the floor hip-width apart.
Press the feet into the floor, keeping the arms by the sides.
Raise the buttocks off the ground until the body forms a straight line from the shoulders to the knees.
Squeeze the buttocks with the shoulders remaining on the floor.

Hi, thank you for the question. There are some simple things that you can do to try and help. First of all, try to avoid sitting on hard surfaces for long periods of time - some women will even try sitting on an inflatable ring to avoid any direct pressure on the end of the tail bone. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front. Chiropractic
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times

You need to stick to one treatment amd solve it all. In physiotherapy initially you are advised to do the electrotherapy and once pain subsides start the exercises to strengthen the paraspinal muscles and also do stretches to relax the pinched nerve. Even cupping therapy helps. The exercise regime has to be continued post treatment too inorder to keep your spine healtgy.
