Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Maintain an ideal weight. Eat healthy food ( all natural products like fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds etc which contain lots of essential nutrients). If your diet is balanced then the hair fall will get controlled. Do yoga and pranayama as it can help the body to work more efficiently and relax your mind.
