chronic insomnia usually has some unidentified causes behind it. It is always advisable that you get yourself assessed for it. It could be either due to sleep disorder, anxiety, stress or atypical depression too. As regards natural ways for a good sleep - follow sleep hygiene practices. Sleep at and get up at defined timings, at least try to get up at a fixed timing. Never try to sleep. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol. Eat healthy. exercise, but during morning hours.

Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Please clarify the nature of heart disease, investigations done to conclude that it is heart disease & medicines given. Home remedy for sleep is a warm glass of milk with a spoon of honey added to it taken an hour before sleep, music therapy, avoiding violent tv debates /serials and to read soothing books.
