1.Do steam inhalation 2-3 times daily with Karvol plus inhalant capsule
2.If you are suffering from chronic sinusitis, take plain Xray PNs/CT scan of PNS or nasal endoscopy after consulting ENT specialist to confirm diagnosis
3.If you are having recurrent symptoms, you may have to undergo endoscopic sinus surgery.

For sinus and nose problems, try taking steam inhalation for 3 times a day. If problem is not solved in 2-3 days, you may need additional medicines. Also, if you are a smoker, you need to quit smoking.

I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required.

Mucous formation in the nose is a natural process. The mucous is needed to
keep the nose moist & to remove the impurities that you inhale while breathing. Excess mucous formation is not normal. It could because of an allergic reaction.
Get a ct scan of the sinus along with a nasal endoscopic examination done by an ent surgeon. These two procedures will pick up any nasal pathology.
