Hi,
Please follow these tips to stop snoring:
- Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday.
- Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring.

Deep breathing, pranayam and less food. Means light Satvic food in lesser qty. I suggest you to get nasal anti snoring oil prepared specially. If it responds slightest, pl continue it for six months. But it's pungent

snoring is not a disease. Snoring occurs when a person is not able to move the air through the nose and throat while sleeping. As a result, the air vibrates the surrounding tissues and causes snoring sound.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss.
* in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it
*in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot.
