2. Avoid oily, junk food, processed foods, eat home made food, avoid non veg if needed go for lean meat and fish
3 stay active, don't sit for more time

Hi spot reduction is a myth. When you start losing fat, the overall fat starts losing instead of losing from a particular site. Also to lose weight have atleast 30 mins of workout 5 times in a week. Eat small frequent meals, do not starve urself and also do not overeat at particular time. Eat appropriate amount of fruits and vegetables. But just don't live on salads. Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
