Hair loss is due to unhealthy diet and not proper care.
Eat healthy food like all green leafy veges, fresh fruits rich in vitC, all nuts, plenty of water.
Avoid stress.
Massage hair with hot oil twice a week 1 hr before head wash.
Use mild shampoo and conditioner.
Egg and curd mixture is good for hair. Apply this for half an hr before wash once a week.
Go for regular hair cuts. It will help in decreasing split ends.

Your hair need nutrition. Eat nuts like almond, walnut, Dates. Check your haemoglobin.
Put 2-2 drops of almond oil in both nostrils at night before going bed.
Avoid fast food and junk food, bakery products.
Exercise half an hour everyday. Do yoga alternate day atleast.

Thyroid profile and a complete blood count primarily will help in initial diagnosis of your problem. Vitamin deficiency or low hemoglobin may be the causative factor.
