Change life style n diet plan. So you need to consult a diatician personally as he will note each n every data she need than calculate calories than finalize diet chart.

Just deranged but you need to change life style n diet. Exercise as walk 40 min, five days in a week.
Rosuvas20 one at night for three weeks. It may cause discomfort in some patients.
Yet consultation with md physician advisable with report.
