ANA is antinuclear antibody test done to check autoimmune diseases. In 7-15 % people it is normally present and raised level can also be seen in old age people. In your case you may be suffering from some autoimmune disease since its positive in your case. But to confirm it fully, you have to visit a physician with your report.
