Hi. If you have bleeding gums then visit a dentist for Scaling/Cleaning. For sensitive teeth you can use an anti- sensitivity paste, if it's mild. If it's severe and is to hot cold then your tooth might go for Root Canal Treatment (RCT). A Clinical examination is required. For more info you can private consult.

Yes mostly the surgery is the option. You need to consult a dentist for detailed discussion of treatment options.

Dear Lybrate user, there must have been some muscular problem with the jaw muscles. Take her to your local dentist immediately. If she has pain with respect to her left or right jaw, she can do ho fomentation (sikayi) in that area. It is very difficult to comment without seeing the condition. Your local dentist would be the best person to advise. Don't try to forcefully separate the teeth on your own as this may lead to further damage.

Hello Lybrate user, by your question im guessing you are a dentist. I prefer resin modified GIC for restoration of cervical abrasion. Masticatory forces cause cuspal flexure and the stresses are concentrated in the cervical lesion, tending to dislodge restorative materials in this region. Resin-modified glass ionomers are about twice as flexible as glass ionomers and are therefore more likely to be retained during flexing of the tooth. In addition, they absorb water for several days after photos...more
