1) in this app your question does not reach to same doctor unless you are in private consultation with particular doctor. 2) best time to pregnancy test in case of iui is after 15 days after iui if no period by then and blood test serum hcg-beta is better.

Dear lybrate-user, if your upt and serum beta hcg are negative, it’s highly unlikely that you are pregnant. You may not be getting a proper period as your still on progesterone support. Please consult your doctor and find out if you can stop susten tablets. If your doctor is convinced that you can stop it, go ahead and discontinue it, after which you should get a proper period.

Can a woman have periods while taking progesterone? - yes possible. Either blood test serum hcg-beta now or wait and continue progesterone as advised by your gynec, I only hope that you were explained that iui success is about 20 %
