Clinically, a case of AES is defined as a person of any age, at any time of year with the acute onset of fever and a change in mental status (including symptoms such as confusion, disorientation, coma, or inability to talk) and/or new onset of seizures (excluding simple febrile seizures). Fever with body pain with convulsions with hemiparesis are few symptoms of japanese encephalitis and as its a viral disease caused due to bite of a mosquitos and for preventing it vaccine are available and see to it that there is no stagnation of water in your house and nearby locality for more than seven days because these are the breeding grounds for mosquitoes.
