- Start doing this exercise with 3 sets of 10 repetitions and then you can increase the number of repetitions on a gradual basis.

Vowel sounds: The aim of these movements is to target those muscles around the mouth and also ok the side of your lips. You can do the exercise by following the instructions given below:

- You need to close your mouth and push your lower jaw out and then try to lift your lower lip.
