Healthy Lunch For Kids!

  • It should contain rice for sure. Or the staple food of the region.
  • It is a must that there should be protein in the lunch box in the form of dhal, pulses, legumes or egg.
  • Coming to veggies, as the kids are in the growing child, they need a high amount of energy and more vitamins and minerals. This vitamins and minerals should come from the veggies they eat. Hence include roots and tubers, other veggies like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and many other of your kids' choice. Make your child enjoy their food.
  • Last but not least make your child a practice of intake the curd, which is a good probiotic and thus enhancing the gut health where the absorption is high.
