I have right kidney 3.8 mm stone at vuj and mild hydroureternephrosis please tell it can be remove through urine with portrate syrup.

All left side. Kidney upper ureter 15. 3 mm calculus (hydrouretonephrosis, upper and lower calyx two calculus of 6 mm each. This is the second time I had stone. Can it be passed by dissolving using alkaston b6 & silosodin caps? Or homeopathy is a better option?
