Recurrent dislocation of knee
patellar dislocation occurs when the knee cap slides out of the trochlea. When dislocation of the patella occurs on more than one occasion, it is referred to as recurrent patellar dislocation. The risk of further dislocation increases to almost 70% to 80% after two episodes of dislocation.
To help reduce your chance of patellar dislocation, keep quadriceps and hamstring muscles strong with strengthening and stretching exercises.

Hi. Have you done any strengthening program after that. or Are you going to gym to strengthen knee muscles. Gym Rehab is important before starting to jog or Run. if you are going to gym try to concentrate on core muscles also along with strengthening. warm up and cool down is essential before and after jogging or running respectively.

First of all it is not a knee dislocation. It is a case patella dislocation. Treatment immediate after dislocation is rest n immobilise your limb n ice application. But you will get done mri of your knee joint for see for the mpfl injury .n you ll start this exercise like stat quadriceps exercise, hamstring exercise and vmo strengthning exercise.

Osgood Schaltter is a problem at the tibial tuberosity of the Shin bone.
It's sometimes associated with other co-factors like Pes Anserinus bursitis, Overweight/Obese, Repetitive overuse of Shin on floor work etc.
If it's severe, it usually takes 3 months to heal with proper Physiotherapy and Rest along with Proteolytic enzymes supplements.
