- Avoid eating spicy foods
- Avoid including vegetables like cabbage, dried beans, peas in your diet
- Refrain from drinking alcohol, caffeine and carbonated drinks
- Instead, include white bread, white rice, pureed vegetable soup, canned fruits, etc.
