So hi guys, this is your very own dietitian and sports nutrionist Himanshu, and today we’re gonna talk about some dietary protocols for fat loss, right? So okay, dietary protocol for the fat loss.

What is the best diet you think? There is no best diet, okay? The best diet is in which you can sustain for a longer period, right? Talk about intermittent fasting, ketogenic diet, Atkins diet, or Paleo diet, or anything you want. Like, if you can’t stick to a diet, you really can’t lose weight, or gain weight. The most important thing when you are dieting is to stick to a diet for at least four weeks, okay? The best way to lose fat is do some intermittent fasting.

What is intermittent fasting? Like, intermittent fasting is a protocol through which we can lose weight, or I would rather say fat, which includes fasting for at least 12 hours…at least 12 hours to 20 hours, and you can eat your meals within one sitting, and complete your calories. That is the best way to lose fat. Apart from that, keep your protein intake high. Lower your carb intake, and moderate your fat intake. Remember, fat is the most important thing when you’re trying to lose fat. If you’re not eating fat, you might have some hormonal issues in the future.
