Some time, it happens that doc didn't tied ksharsutra inside the anal canal .cause they are unable to reach quiet inside the anus and thus they only cure fistula from outer area due to which patient may feel some wetness near anus.

This may be the reason that either it has not been completely cured. Kshar Sutra has not been done properly. Poor quality Ksharsutra thread or May be Dr. is not experienced. No doubt Kshar Sutra is the Number one Treatment for AnoRectal diseases. According to World Health Organisation (WHO, Kshar Sutra Therapy is better than any Modern Surgery for Fistula. The doctor should be very experienced and the Kshar thread should also be excellent, the disease can be cured permanently.

It is good that even if you have left masturbation habit. It does not harm you at all but you should leave it. Forget semen emission during orgasm. After marriage your orgasm will be normal.
