It depends on how much tissue is present on the labia to be reduced during the surgery. If there is heavy amount of tissue before a labiaplasty, then your sexual partner will definitely feel the difference. Your sexual partner can also feel the difference in its shape and size once the labiaplasty is performed.

Some scars will be visible on the body due to incision after any surgery. But things are different in case of labia scarring as these are very minimally visible due to tiny incisions during the labiaplasty procedure. Meanwhile, if there is pain in the scars after the surgery, it will go over a period of time and may take three to six months for complete recovery.

Yes, there are no issues in walking after labiaplasty. Patients are usually allowed to go home on the same day of the surgery. Labiaplasty procedure is not major, however, the affected area will be swollen and sore following the procedure.

Your surgeon will use local anesthesia but a little pain and swelling will be involved following the procedure. Labiaplasty comes with few risks such as soreness, bruising and swelling for up to 2 weeks. Your routine life may become difficult as you may feel a little uncomfortable while peeing and sitting. firstly, masturbation is not a contraindication with antibiotics therapy.
Secondly, antibiotics therapy is not required so long (4 weeks of antibiotics is not at all advisable).
Thirdly, use (wear) tight underwear all the time so as to have no pain in testis in future.
