There are many causes of white or white and red patches in mouth. Most common are cheekbites which are seen as horizontal lines in the middle of the cheek. Wisdom teeth can cause thickened white patch on the posterior part of the cheek.

It's not certain that all Leukoplakia convert to cancer. First step is to stop Tobacco habits or any other factors such as irritation from teeth, fixtures causing it. Taking Multivitamin and Lycopene capsules help. Putting Warm Ghee with Turmeric (Haldi) night help too. Take guidance of ENT or Head and Neck Surgeon. If the Leukoplakia looks bad then Laser removal can be done too. Routine follow up is important.

Most leukoplakia patches are noncancerous, though some show early signs of cancer. Cancers on the bottom of the mouth can occur next to areas of leukoplakia. Hi. Please quit smoking and tobacco chewing if you do so. Take a healthy diet with lot of fruits and green vegetables which are a good source of Vitamins and Minerals. Add retinoids in your diet. Turbocort ointment can be applied to the lesions for three times a day.

Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Avoid drinking anything hot. You may need coronoplasty (smoothening of teeth edges). Hexigel ointment can be applied over the ulcerative area on the tongue. T. Rebagen 100 mg, morning one tab & one night for 5 days, along with c. Leukoplakia is primary cancerous lesion. It won't turn to malignant if you very strictly quit your habbit. Otherwise it il definitely turn to malignant.

It is a precancerous condition. Better get it removed. If not maintain good hygiene.
Removal should not cost much.

1- Mouth opening exercises.

2- Do masage with steroidal ointment on buccal mucosa.

3- Inj Hydrocortisone mix with inj Hylase by injecting submucously on buccal mucosa and anterior pillars are also helpfull.

4- If above fails to give desired responce than operation Z-plasty is quite helpfull.
