It's not a good sign, you should test your blood for liver function test also, avoid fatty foods, limit your intake if oil also, you need proper homeopathic treatment also along with your existing treatment,

Hi jaydeep , can I know what is the blood sugar of your cousin ? does he have diabetes ? If so he needs to be treated for both. He has high TGL which is bad for heart as you rightly said.
