You can use oral dispersable strip-rizatriptan 5 mg wen ever needed for migraine- if you already have diagnosed migraine problem, acidity is common in pregnancy, you can take antacid syrups, crocin it self can cause acidity, don't use it. Yes it completely safe (though no medicne is 100% safe) but as malaria would have killed you your doctor took worse decision to give you safest of all available options among anti malaria medicine and that too very effective
so do not worry in real world till date no strong evidence against its use has been ever published so we take it safe.

Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach.
