Dear , you have not given a good history of your illness, whether there is tinnitus or loss fulctuating type of deafness or fullness in the ear. Or that you have a flowing ear or associated painyou should undergo a detailed neuro -otological assessment and proper audio -vestibular assessment. Only then can a properdiagnosis be made.
