Dear lybrate-user, relax and calm down. Taking just vertin is not going to solve anything. You need to be put on a strict diet control protocol. There are of course more medications needed. Dear , you have not given a good history of your illness, whether there is tinnitus or loss fulctuating type of deafness or fullness in the ear. Or that you have a flowing ear or associated painyou should undergo a detailed neuro -otological assessment and proper audio -vestibular assessment. Only then can a properdiagnosis be made. You father might also be having a hearing impairment that is causing this ringing sound. A hearing aid will relieve/decrease the sound.

Stugeron is not the best Medicine to treat Minieres disease. I would recommend you do not self treat, but be under the guidelance of an ENT Surgeon. I would prefer Betahistine as the first drug to treat Minieres disease.

Recombinant alpha-galactosidase a (alpha-gal a), the enzyme that is deficient in patients with fabry disease, and migalastat hydrochloride, an oral pharmacologic chaperone that facilitates trafficking of alpha-gal a to lysosomes, are therapeutic options for eligible individuals.
