Dear sir, multiple myelomas are cancer of plasma cells. There is no specific cause but some genetic factors that lead to multiple myeloma. Treatment is available by oral and intravenous chemotherapy and since bone marrow is effected, it may present as bone pains, paraparesis, collapse, impending fracture etc.need radiation therapy to local area.

This is not a symptom of cancer. The chance for cancer to appear in a lipoma is very rare. Remove it if growing in size. The surgery is very minor. Otherwise you can try ayurvedic medicine to meltdown it.

Multiple myeloma is a incurable but treatable disease. Means just like diabetes it can not be cured but we can keep it in control with chemotherapy. Number of chemotherapy cycles depends on type of chemotherapy regimen used and whether bone marrow transplant planned. Prognosis depends on various pathological factors and response to chemotherapy.

A familial predisposition to myeloma exists. Hyperphosphorylation of a number of proteins - the paratarg proteins - a tendency which is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner appears a common mechanism in these families. This tendency is more common in african american patients with myeloma and may contribute to the higher rates of myeloma in this group.
