Dear friend myasthenia gravis can present with negative blood tests. It can be only affection of eyes also (ocular myasthenia gravis) .modern medicine has newer modalities of treatment. Get an assessment from an eye specialist and a neurologist.

Hello. Yes sir. It’s true that few people have got infected with coronavirus twice. There is no need to think about that as on now. Those are just a bunch of people. Very very few.
As your your case, ocular mg being an autoimmune disease isn’t a contraindication for vaccination. The covid vaccine is a vector mediated vaccine and not a live one. So won’t be an issue.
