Asked for female, 30 years old from Bangalore

I have undergone myomectomy for tubal blockage and uterine septum on19 dec 2022 than doctor advised me to take femilon for next 3 months. But on 13 jan 2023 I start seeing spotting which is still there till today. I checked with my doctor and she has given me medicine to stop but it is not stopped yet. I am having medicine regularly on time and my ultrasound report is also fine. What should I do should I continue the medicine and let the spotting continues.

If you had behind femilon on 19th or 20th December then spotting may signal the return of periods. Otherwise it could be due to infection also. I feel you should continue the medicine and get usg repeated.
