I believe you afre referring to the front of the neck, in which case it may be a thyroid swelling. Please get a thyroid function test done and share reports.

Goiter doenst go so easily. It’s already an enlarged gland. So pls consult an endocrinologist or a general surgery consultant so that they will clarify if you would need any surgery for the reduction of goitre.
