Dear, Hypertension is asymptotic (without symptoms) but in some cases symptoms are seen which are given below:
* Headache * Vertigo * Lack of sleep
* red eyes * Anger comes easily
To control & maintan BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes.

I am feeling pressure on my head ear and nose but the weight is normal but blood pressure is 100/78.

- to maintain normal bp, take some precautions:
- have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones protein rich foods & healthy fats
- check your blood hemoglobin if not done so earlier
- do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, pushups, pullups, crunches, squats and moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min...more
