Thanks for your query. Symptoms of Diabetes are increased appetite increased thirst increased urination and loss of weight.
Sugar & diabetes are the same.
Low BP means BP below 60 mm
High BP means above 140/90.

Whenever we are emotionally high. Our heartbeat increases which is very normal.

- to maintain normal bp, take some precautions:
- have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones protein rich foods & healthy fats
- check your blood hemoglobin if not done so earlier
- do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, pushups, pullups, crunches, squats and moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min...more
