Boil 5-10 corns of pepper 2cms dry ginger, pinch turmeric, one pod garlic (optional, sugar candy according to taste boil all ingredients in a 2 glasses of water reduce to half and drink twice or thrice ad ay for 3 daaays for above said ailments
