Never take any pills for weight loss. In long time thy will give you many side-effects. When you stop taking them you will again gain your weight and your health get down. Do weight loss by proper diet and exercises. Add fiber in your diet. Drink lots of water. Add millet and green vegetables in your diet. These drugs can lead to insomnia, increased blood pressure, fast heart rate, restlessness, drug dependence, abuse, and withdrawal symptoms etc. So pl don't take all these pills.

Can't clear perceive ur question bt what i get that u ask if someone reduce weight due to anxiety then he may suffer from diabetes or not.
