Do I need to extract teeth for proper alignment of teeth or it can be done without extraction? please tell me respected sir / madam. The main question is that can it be done with out extraction of teeth or not?

If there is adequate space available then no need to extract but if overcrowding then better to ext5.

I'm 21 years old now. I'm looking for tooth alignment. My dentist removed 3 tooth from upper dental arch. 2 childhood canine 1 impacted canine. Now my tooth count is odd which is 13. I don't know how the alignment will takes place correctly without one canine. And other canine remains same. I was really worried thinking about this. Please help me. Is there any possibilities to align properly without one canine?

You may go for lingual or invisalign or ceramic braces now your low budget is how low is known to you such tt come out much cheaper in a dental college but if your 13 it has to b examined if tt should be started at this age or not is diabetes under control.

There is certainly a way to avoid it, that is maintenance of oral hygiene. Brush twice daily, keep your teeth clean and visit your dentist at least every six months. In case the situation has already progressed, there are certain methods to treat the same. Most common way being periodontal surgery. Cost of it varies depending on the location and expertise of doctor.

It takes years of bacteria and millions of bacteria to reduce the level of gum and make space for itself. 99 percent of time it is you who welcomes the bacteria, not remove the plaque , not brush at bed time, no mouthwas use, no floss or interdental toothpick or brush.

gum recession has different grades and needs to be assessed by a specialist to assign that grade to it.
After we have assigned a grade can we proceed for treatment. As you can imagine lower the grade-easier/lesser/more successful the treatment.
And as the grade increases the complexity/cost/treatment duration also increase with consequent lowering of prognosis and full recovery.
