Treatment of lordosis depends on how serious the curve is and how you got lordosis. There’s little medical concern if your lower back curve reverses itself when you bend forward. You can probably manage your condition with physical therapy and daily exercises, braces, nutritional supplements such as vitamin D and in severe cases with neurological problem surgery is the treatment of choice.

With physiotherapy, particularly exercises, you can strengthen the back muscles. That will help in reducing the load to l5-s1 region, which will have some effect in reducing the lower back pain. But the disease will remain as it is a mechanical problem which will not be reduced with medicines or exercises.

Every medicine has some or other side effect. It depends on what benefit you obtain vis a vis the side effects. Pregabalin is regularly prescribed in lumbar canal stenosis and had a good track record. Oxcarbamezepine is infrequently used, in comparison in lumbar canal stenosis cases. Both can be used and the predominant side effects of both is sedation. They can be started and stopped if side effects are bothersome.

Good day,
as you are not able to ejaculate are side effects of this drugs so nothing to worry as such,
it will revert back once you stop the drug, my advice would be you continue full dose of 10 mg flotral, no harm in that, less dose is not going to help you with your prostate problems.
So contact me for further detail.
