Hope your plasma treatment is helping. Other two medications you r taking is mainly pain killers. You can gradually stop those and see how effective is plasma treatment. As itâs new modality, itâs still under trails. No significant good results to everyone.
If it doesnât work, probably needs knee replacement surgery. Best wishes.

Below are exercises that strengthen the lower back and help manage lower back pain:
1. Bridges—lie on the ground and bend the knees, placing the feet flat on the floor hip-width apart.
Press the feet into the floor, keeping the arms by the sides.
Raise the buttocks off the ground until the body forms a straight line from the shoulders to the knees.
Squeeze the buttocks with the shoulders remaining on the floor.
Lower the buttocks to the ground and rest for a few seconds....more

If there had been ligament tear, the muscles surrounding the joints may overwork or work differently leading to excess pressure on the joint, leading to what is termed as secondary osteoarthritis. Regards Lybrate user. I empathize your concern. One needs to understand about osteoarthritis to better be able to manage the disorder. Osteoarthritis refers to degeneration or wear and tear of the joint's cartilage (cushion system that is present over the bone). One needs to remember that this disorder, does not occur in few days.
