capsule integrity is broken possibly, which labels it as capsule breached cystadenocarcinoma.
Kindly do necessary blood test post op including ca ovary specific marker test and CT imaging to see for any residual tissue. Further treatment depends upon these results.

You need imaging for few more days to see if ovulation is about to take place to get a definite answer.

There are 3 days to check patency of fallopian tubes- hydrosonography, hsg and diagnostic laparoscopy. Free fluid is not directly informative about tubal health. The best test for the tubes is laparoscopy.
