Unfortunately, I cannot provide definitive medical advice. Whether an overbite of 0.3-0.4 cm will be a cause for rejection in afmc medicals is a complex question that depends on several factors, including:
severity of the overbite: while a mild overbite of 0.3-0.4 cm might not be automatically disqualifying, a more severe overbite could potentially lead to issues with jaw function or bite alignment, which might raise concerns during the medical examination.
Specific requirements of afmc:...more

Es, if you were bitten by a bat, you should seek medical attention immediately, even if you have been vaccinated against rabies. This is because rabies is a fatal viral disease that can spread to humans from the bite of an infected animal. The rabies virus attacks the central nervous system, causing paralysis, seizures, and eventually death. There is no cure for rabies, but it can be prevented by vaccination.
Since you were bitten by a bat, you should receive rabies post-exposure prophylaxis...more

Hello lybrate-user
your problem can definitely be treated through braces. In fact, your age is the correct age to undergo thae treatment. You need to visit an orthodontist (braces specialist) and get your treatment started.

Dear lybrate-user ji you can ask for ceramic braces. But they are a little on a higher range than metal ones. If you are comfortable with your looks you can go for metal ones which fit your pocket.

Pain in teeth can be due to several reasons like decay, infection, fracture of teeth, gum diseases, wearing of surface layers etc so the remedy will depend upon the cause. You must visit nearby clinic for permanent solution and get a dental xray done or just send me the picture of the painful teeth so that better opinion about remedy could be provided. You can use my code sg38f5 for the same or any further discussion. Take some otc analgesic for temporary relief. Do not make biting from the one ...more

Hey there, braces is the ultimate treatment but you have delayed the treatment and if you wear braces now there are high chances of treatment failure. Cosmetic manipulation can be done but will not be very effective as your teeth position will hamper your look.
Kindly make a decision as soon as possible and do not delay and compromise with your looks.
Download tye Lybrate mobile app and use my doctor code gm2c5d for any future consultation.
