Paget disease can be treated by removing the entire breast (mastectomy) or breast-conserving surgery (BCS) followed by whole-breast radiation therapy. If BCS is done, the entire nipple and areola area also needs to be removed. If invasive cancer is found, the lymph nodes under the arm will be checked for cancer.

Hello lybrate-user,
well, inverted nipples may be due to various conditions including but not limited to pregnancy, breast cancer, gynecomastia, paget's disease etc. I would suggest that you consult a p[hysician in person to get the root cause diagnosed and act accordingly.

Please see a breast surgeon immediately.
It could be due to a number of causes, from jogger’s nipple (most common cause in males) to gynaecomastia, abscess, infected sebaceous cyst, periductal mastitis, Paget’s disease to cancer.
They would examine you and if needed ask for an ultrasound or a mammogram.
Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.

It can be due to dryness or can be due to rubbing of clothes during running (Jogger's Nipple), which is treated by moisturiser application. If there is skin erosion it may be due to dermatitis, which may require local application of steroids. Rarely nipple ulceration could be due Paget's disease of nipple, which is a sign of cancer.

Better to see a Surgical oncologist or a breast surgeon. They would examine you and if needed ask for an ultrasound or a mammogram.
Dryness of nipple can lead to inflammation and pain. They need to rule out dermatitis and Paget’s disease. Pain in the breasts could be due to cyclical mastalgia, fibrocystic disease, hormonal changes due to OC pills or pregnancy, granulomatous mastitis, periductal mastitis, abscess, cysts and rarely cancer. The treatment would depend upon the cause. Most comm...more

Hello-
the hiv virus is not present in saliva, but it is present in blood. The only concern would be if he somehow had an open sore in his mouth or had bleeding gums and he sucked too hard causing your nibbles to bleed.
