Paget disease can be treated by removing the entire breast (mastectomy) or breast-conserving surgery (BCS) followed by whole-breast radiation therapy. If BCS is done, the entire nipple and areola area also needs to be removed. If invasive cancer is found, the lymph nodes under the arm will be checked for cancer.

well, inverted nipples may be due to various conditions including but not limited to pregnancy, breast cancer, gynecomastia, paget's disease etc. I would suggest that you consult a p[hysician in person to get the root cause diagnosed and act accordingly.

The most common types of breast cancers are invasive ductal carcinoma and ductal carcinoma in situ. Less common types of breast cancers include metastatic breast cancer, paget's ailment, and inflammatory breast cancer.

They would examine you and if needed ask for an ultrasound or a mammogram.

Dry skin around nipple is very common and can cause soreness and sometimes even bleeding. It can be due to dryness or can be due to rubbing of clothes during running (Jogger's Nipple), which is treated by moisturiser application. If there is skin erosion it may be due to dermatitis, which may require local application of steroids. Rarely nipple ulceration could be due Paget's disease of nipple, which is a sign of cancer.
